Her Triptych of Solos features three powerful solo plays — The Elephant in the Room, #CHARLOTTESVILLE, and The Wall — that together chart a deeply personal and political journey through culture, race, and resistance. Her farce Marjorie is Dead dives into the absurd with sharp humor and wit, while her latest multidisciplinary piece AJJI weaves together puppetry, magic, live music, ritual, and dance to create an immersive, genre-defying theatrical experience. She is also expanding her storytelling into screenwriting with a heartfelt comedic-drama that continues her exploration of unlikely relationships, cultural collision, and the humor that emerges from lives in transition.

A tour-de-force solo performance about the power of witnessing, constructed from firsthand accounts, court transcripts, and news reports, #CHARLOTTESVILLE captures the aftermath of the deadly 2017 "Unite the Right" rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. An urgent and personal exploration how the town—and the nation—grapple with white supremacy, racial tension, and identity, in modern day America drawing parallels to the rise of nationalism and racial division in other parts of the world.

THE WALL

THE WALL delves into the immigrant experience through significant historical and contemporary events including the Hindu-Muslim communal riots in India, Detention Centers in America, and the aftermath of Brexit in the UK. It seeks to unpack the deep-seated political tensions in these countries tracing their roots to centuries of oppressive colonization. It tells the story of thousands of immigrants who shape their entire lives around the pursuit of a piece of paper that legitimizes their presence in a foreign land, while also shedding light on the systems that perpetuate oppression and the relentless pursuit of that elusive stamp of approval.

MARJORIE IS DEAD

Step back in time to 1900s Britain in this infectiously funny farce, MARJORIE IS DEAD that follows the outbreak of a deadly "coroner's virus" in the unsuspecting Tilbury family, whose lives are as convoluted as they are in peril. Watch as the doctor, the Colonel, the solicitor, and a roguish ne’er-do-well run circles around each other in a hilarious whirlwind of mixed-up identities, flaming passions, overheard conversations, and misunderstandings.

AJJI

AJJI is a new play by Priyanka Shetty that celebrates the life and spirit of her beloved grandmother, who endured a long and painful battle with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Through this play, Shetty pays tribute to the incredible selflessness of Ajji and the unwavering love of her mother as a caregiver. The story will be brought to life through a combination of puppetry, spoken narrative, movement, and live music, creating an immersive and poignant exploration of the profound bond that connects the three generations of women.
